Role Summary

We are looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll (US) Consultant with proven end-to-end implementation experience. The role involves leading and delivering payroll implementations from requirement gathering through configuration, testing, and go-live.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 23 end-to-end Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations.
• Strong hands-on implementation experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll US.
• Candidates with only production / support payroll experience will not be considered.

Preferred Skills

• Fast Formula development (a plus).
• Experience with payroll parallel testing, reconciliation, and cutover activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll (US) implementations.
• Gather requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis for US payroll.
• Configure payroll elements, balances, payment methods, and statutory setups.
• Support testing cycles, parallel runs, data migration, and go-live.
• Prepare functional documentation and provide knowledge transfer to the client.
• Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and technical consultants.

Desired Profile

• Hands-on implementation background, not support-only.
• Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Screening Priority

2–3 end-to-end Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations with strong US Payroll experience. Support-only profiles will be rejected.
