1. Oracle Fusion Solution Architect - 12+ years

Location - Bangalore

Oracle Fusion Solution Architect : 

Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical discipline. 

• Professional Experience: 12–14 years of deep experience in Oracle ERP systems. 
• Fusion Strategy: Minimum 5+ years of dedicated experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials architecture. 
• Architectural Track Record: Proven experience leading the architectural design of at least 3 end-to-end global ERP implementations in high-volume environments (e.g., E-commerce, Retail, or FinTech). 
• Deep Architectural Mastery: Integrations: Expert knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) architectural patterns, REST/SOAP API standards, and high-volume data exchange protocols. Reporting Strategy: Expertise in defining reporting architectures using BI Publisher, OTBI, and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS). Cloud Strategy: Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) principles, including networking, security, and storage orchestration. 
• Operational Strategy: Experience defining the technical roadmap for "Big Billion Day" type scale or similar high-concurrency event-driven environments. 
• Stakeholder Influence: Exceptional ability to explain complex architectural trade-offs to a CFO and other C-suite stakeholders while providing clear design direction to technical teams.
