Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Advanced Services Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware, OIC, and Oracle Fusion SaaS. The candidate should have techno-functional expertise to design, integrate, troubleshoot, and support Oracle Cloud and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support OIC integrations and Oracle SaaS solutions.
• Support and troubleshoot WebLogic, SOA, OSB, MFT, and related middleware platforms.
• Analyze end-to-end production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Support Oracle SaaS data loads, reports, scheduled processes, and quarterly update activities.
• Implement secure integration, access, and certificate configurations.
• Prepare technical/functional documentation, test evidence, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
• Work closely with customers, business users, architects, Oracle Support, and delivery teams to resolve issues and improve solution reliability.
