Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support Oracle Fusion HCM technical solutions.
- Create and maintain HCM Extracts for outbound integrations and reporting requirements.
- Develop complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and queries for data validations and reporting.
- Build and maintain BI Publisher Reports and data models.
- Develop and support HDL (HCM Data Loader) and HSDL templates for mass data loads.
- Configure and troubleshoot Fast Formulas where required.
- Create OTBI analyses and dashboards.
- Support inbound and outbound integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Perform data migration, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to HCM Extracts, reports, and integrations.
