Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant (OIC + Fast Formula)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, and Time & Labor requirements.
• Work on HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Reports, and OTBI Reports.
• Develop inbound and outbound integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and third-party applications.
• Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Support data conversion, migration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to integrations and Fast Formulas.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Hands-on experience in Oracle Fast Formula development.
• Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
• Good understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as:
• Core HR
• Payroll
• Absence Management
• Benefits
• Compensation
• Time & Labor
• Experience in REST/SOAP Web Services and file-based integrations.
