Role & responsibilities

Task Description: Responsibilities:
• Design and Management of automated Workflows in Oracle Integration Cloud / Oracle Process Automation using a Low-Code Data Mapping Tool, integrated to Journeys.
• Integration of Oracle Fusion REST APIs for Data Retrieval and Updates.
• Basic Scripting in Camunda FEEL Language for advanced Data Processing.
• Create and maintain reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Manage data activities including cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation using HCM Data Loader (HDL).
• Implement fault handling, exception management, and monitoring for integration processes.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into functional designs.

Qualifications and Skills:
• At least 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with deep knowledge of Global Core HR, Compensation & Benefit, Absence Management and Time and Labor.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and integration patterns, Journeys, OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Data Loader (HDL).
• Added advantages on functional configuration, bi-directional interfaces for payroll, experience with REST API, SOAP, etc
