- We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Implementation Consultant to lead and support the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) modules
- The ideal candidate will work closely with HR stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective HCM solutions

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM implementations across the full project lifecycle (requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support)
Conduct business requirement workshops and map requirements to Oracle Fusion HCM functionalities
Configure and implement HCM modules such as:Core HR (HRHD Benefits Global HR)Payroll Absence ManagementCompensationTalent Management OTLLearning ManagementPrepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and test scripts
Perform unit testing, support UAT, and resolve functional issues
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data conversions
Support data migration using tools like HDL, HSDL, and spreadsheets
Provide end-user training and documentation
Ensure solutions follow Oracle best practices and compliance standards
Support post-production issues and continuous system improvements
