Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, and Learning Management.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs using Oracle Fusion HCM products.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Fusion HCM modules ensuring successful adoption of the system.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects and provide timely resolutions.

Job Requirements :

• 7-12 years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management).
• Strong understanding of Oracle's cloud-based human capital management suite (HCM) including talent management capabilities like succession planning, performance management etc. .
• Experience working with Oracle Learning Management System (LMS) is an added advantage.
