Job Description:-

Location-PAN INDIA

Experience Range- 4-7 Years

Oracle Fusion Payroll Management

• •Apply knowledge of Oracle Fusion Payroll (US) including payroll elements, balances, relationships, calculation cards, costing, US Taxation, and reporting
• •Create Fast Formulas across key modules
• •Prepare and load HCM Data Loader files with technical validation
• •Investigate and resolve HCM Data Loader import and load errors

Project Execution and Testing

• •Work on large scale, complex transformation projects
• •Conduct quarterly patch update testing and rollout
• •Collaborate with functional teams during project execution

Technical and Agile Practices

• •Utilize Fusion Reporting tools like BIP and OTBI
• •Demonstrate knowledge of Agile concepts and toolsets such as Sprint Planning, User Stories, and Jira
• •Leverage Oracle Integration Cloud (preferred)

Communication and Collaboration

• •Effectively interface with all departments within the organization and IT
• •Communicate clearly to collaborate, influence, and persuade stakeholders
• •Create and present concepts and recommendations to senior management
• •Work independently with limited supervision and exercise judgment
