About this role
Job Description:
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR module.
- Set up Enterprise and Workforce Structures such as Legal Entities, Business Units, Departments, Jobs, Grades, Positions, and Locations.
- Manage employee lifecycle transactions including Hire, Transfer, Promotion, and Termination.
- Perform data migration and mass updates using HCM Data Loader (HDL/HSDL).
- Configure security roles, approval workflows, lookups, value sets, and flexfields.
- Create and validate OTBI reports and HCM extracts.
- Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions.
- Support SIT, UAT, production issues, and end-user training.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders and technical teams for implementation and support activities.
