Must-Have** (Ideally should not be more than 3-5) Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Compensation, and Payroll.

 Hands-on expertise in HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, BI Publisher, and OTBI reporting. Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and production support of Oracle Fusion HCM applications. Strong knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Web Services (SOAP/REST), and integrations with third-party systems. Good understanding of SQL/PLSQL, data migration, and interfaces. Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into scalable HCM solutions. Good-to-Have Experience in Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Learning Management modules. Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Security, Roles, and Data Access Policies. Experience with workflow configurations and approval management. Exposure to Oracle Cloud quarterly upgrades and impact assessment. Oracle Fusion HCM Certification. SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Oracle Fusion HCM processes. 2 Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules as per business requirements. 3 Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, HDL loads, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher reports, and OTBI dashboards. 4 Design, develop, and support integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and external applications using OIC, SOAP, and REST APIs. 5 Perform data migration, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting activities. 6 Collaborate with functional teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. 7 Support testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Production deployment. 8 Provide application maintenance, issue resolution, and post-production support. 9 Analyze Oracle quarterly releases and recommend adoption of new features and enhancements. 10 Prepare technical and functional design documents, user guides, and knowledge transfer materials. 11 Ensure adherence to organizational standards, security policies, and best practices.
