Job Title: Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant

Experience Level: 7+ years

Job description:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or IT (MBA, CA, CMA, or CPA preferred)
• Location: Mumbai client Navi Mumbai (5 Days at client location)
• Having 7+ ERP years experience ( Involve in 2 Fusion implementation and 3 Support Projects)
• Expertise area Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA & CM) also having understanding on the SCM function
• Experience leading teams and managing client stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial close processes
• Expertise in Subledger Accounting, Approval Management Rules, and security roles
• Manage quarterly Oracle release updates, regression testing, and impact analysis
• Ensure compliance with audit, SOX, and internal control requirements
• Provide L2/L3 support and resolve complex issues, including Oracle SR management
• Good experience in reconciliation (Subledger vs GL)
• Proficiency with FBDI, ADFdi, Smart View, OTBI, and BI Publisher
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Implementation methodology (OUM/AIM) and the Functional Setup Manager
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate business needs into system solutions
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
