About this role
Finance Functional Architect Oracle Fusion based Enterprise Finance Transformation
We are looking for an experienced Finance Functional Architect to lead large-scale, enterprise finance transformation programs built on Oracle Fusion Cloud. This is a senior role suited for professionals who combine deep accounting expertise with strong ERP design capability, and who can operate as a trusted advisor to finance leadership.
The role will focus on designing integrated finance processes across General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Risk Management and Revenue Management (RMCS). A key expectation is the ability to translate complex accounting requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions, ensuring that financial processes are not implemented in isolation but are aligned across contracts, billing, projects, and reporting.
Revenue recognition will be a core aspect of this role. The architect is expected to design and operationalize models covering multi-element arrangements, project-based revenue, recurring and subscription scenarios, while aligning with IFRS / ASC-based accounting principles. Strong understanding of contract asset/liability flows, billing-to-revenue integration, and event-based accounting is essential.
Given the global nature of the program, the role requires a solid understanding of localization, multi-entity structures, and country-specific statutory requirements, including tax, compliance, and local GAAP considerations. The architect will ensure solutions are globally standardized while still supporting necessary regional variations.
Equally important is the ability to articulate business impact. The role requires translating design into measurable business outcomes, including KPIs such as reduction in manual journals, faster financial close, improved audit readiness, and enhanced financial visibility. The architect will play a central role in shaping and governing the value realization framework, ensuring that transformation objectives are achieved and sustained.
Candidates must bring strong accounting credentials, preferably Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (CMA), or MBA in Finance, combined with a minimum of 15+ years of experience in finance transformation programs. Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Financials, including RMCS and integrated finance modules, is essential.
This role is intended for professionals who can go beyond ERP implementation and act as design authorities—ensuring that finance transformation delivers business outcomes, not just system changes.
Project Financials Architect – Oracle Fusion Projects based Cost, Billing & Profitability Transformation
We are seeking a senior PPM Functional Architect with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Projects (PPM) to lead the design of project-driven financial and operational models within large transformation programs.
This role focuses on enabling end-to-end alignment between project execution and financial outcomes, ensuring that costs, billing, and revenue are fully integrated and traceable across the enterprise. The architect will define how projects are structured, how costs are captured and attributed, and how billing flows are designed to accurately reflect delivery.
The role requires strong understanding of project costing, contract-to-project alignment, billing methods, and integration with Revenue Management (RMCS). The architect will work closely with finance teams to ensure that project execution supports revenue recognition and financial reporting requirements.
A key expectation is the ability to ensure that profitability is embedded within the transaction lifecycle. This includes enabling elegant solution to ensure alignment between project structures and enterprise cost and revenue reporting dimensions.
The role also requires strong business articulation. The architect must translate operational design into measurable value outcomes, including improved project margin visibility, reduced manual cost corrections, enhanced billing accuracy, and faster decision-making. The individual will contribute to defining and driving KPIs and value realization metrics, ensuring that project and cost processes directly support enterprise performance objectives.
Given the global context, the role will also interface with localization and regulatory considerations, ensuring that project, cost, and billing structures remain compliant with local requirements while maintaining global consistency.
Candidates should have strong finance foundation, preferably with qualifications such as CA, CMA, or MBA (Finance), along with a minimum of 15+ years of experience in ERP transformation and project-centric environments. Deep experience in Oracle Fusion Projects and its integration with Financials and Revenue modules is essential. Strong knowledge in Core financials is desirable.
This role is ideal for professionals who can bridge execution and finance, and who are capable of driving transparent, data-driven project profitability within a modern ERP landscape.
