Oracle Fusion Demand Planning Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Total Experience:10+ years of professional experience in Oracle Supply Chain Planning environments.
  
• Oracle Fusion Cloud Experience: 4+ years of dedicated, hands-on functional experience specifically within Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM).
  
• Specialized Expertise: Proven track record as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with at least 2 full-lifecycle, end-to-end implementations of the Oracle Fusion Demand Planning module from readiness to go-live.
  
• Cross-Module Knowledge: Strong understanding of how Demand Planning integrates with broader Cloud SCM, Procurement, and Finance modules.
  
• Leadership: Proven ability to operate independently as an SME, steering the project roadmap rather than just executing tasks.
  
• Communication: Exceptional consulting and communication skills to influence and guide director-level stakeholders.
  
• Change Management, Business Process Mapping, Reporting and Analytics, OIC ( Oracle Integration Cloud) and OAC (Oracle Analytics Cloud)
