You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution across core Oracle Fusion modules, including ERP (Financials/Procurement), HCM, and Supply Chain Management (SCM). This role requires a strong blend of data engineering, dashboard design, and analytical acumen to maintain robust data pipelines and deliver actionable enterprise insights.
Key Responsibilities 1. Requirements Gathering & Technical Design

2. Analytics & Dashboard Development
- Build and maintain interactive FDI workbooks, utilizing advanced visualizations, custom calculations, and blended datasets.
- Integrate standard Oracle Fusion subject areas with external or custom datasets to deliver comprehensive, unified enterprise insights.
- Write and optimize complex analytical calculations, logical CASE statements, and custom dataset expressions to support module-specific reporting across Financials, HCM, Procurement, and SCM.
3. Data Engineering & Governance
- Develop and configure robust AIDP data pipelines for efficient data ingestion, transformation, and enrichment.
- Enforce strict data quality, data lineage tracking, and data governance standards throughout the entire data lifecycle.
4. Advanced Analytics & AI Integration
- Support augmented analytics and AI-driven insight generation within the FDI and AIDP ecosystems under onshore direction.
- Leverage built-in machine learning (ML) models and natural language processing (NLP) features to surface predictive and prescriptive insights.
5. Quality Assurance & Patch Management
- Execute comprehensive test scripts during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, accurately logging and tracking defects.
- Perform thorough regression testing following Oracle quarterly patches and FDI platform updates to minimize business disruption.
- Proactively monitor and flag potential performance degradation or patch impacts on existing workbooks and pipelines.
6. Deployment & Support
- Assist with production deployment activities and cutover strategies under onshore guidance.
- Provide post-go-live triage, troubleshooting, and bug fixes to ensure operational stability.
Qualifications & Technical Skills
- Experience: 3+ years of experience working with Oracle analytics tools, specifically Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) / Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
- Core Systems: Strong functional and data model familiarity with Oracle Fusion applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, or Procurement).
- Data Engineering: Hands-on experience building data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and working within an AI Data Platform (AIDP) environment.
- SQL & Analytics: Advanced SQL skills, with deep expertise writing complex calculations, analytical functions, and expressions.
- Methodologies: Experience managing the impact of Oracle quarterly upgrade cycles on custom analytics.
- Soft Skills: Excellent documentation skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in an onshore-offshore delivery model.
