Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Oracle Receivables (AR).

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Finance business processes along with hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion. Candidates with a strong techno-functional background, including SQL, integrations, reporting and troubleshooting, will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide techno-functional support for Oracle Fusion Financials, with a primary focus on Oracle Receivables (AR) and O2C.
• Understand and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including customer transactions, invoicing, billing, receivables, cash application, adjustments and collections.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Configure, troubleshoot and support Oracle Fusion Receivables functionality.
• Work with Finance and business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify process improvements.
• Analyze and resolve production issues related to Oracle Fusion Financials and Receivables.
• Support integrations between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise applications.
• Work with technical teams on interfaces, APIs, data flows and integration requirements.
• Perform data analysis and validation using SQL.
• Prepare functional specifications, technical requirements, process documentation and test scenarios.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing and production deployment activities.
• Support Oracle Fusion enhancements, upgrades and ongoing application improvements.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, standardization and optimization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud Applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Receivables (AR).
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes.
• Experience working in a techno-functional role.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion configuration and functional troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of Oracle data structures and transaction flows.
• Experience with Oracle integrations/interfaces.
• Good SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with SIT, UAT and production support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with OTBI / BI Publisher.
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience.
• Experience with APIs, web services or enterprise integrations.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP implementations or transformation projects.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
• Experience in retail, restaurant, consumer or similar industries.

Important: Candidates must be comfortable working onsite from the Hyderabad Client Office.
