Key Responsibilities
- Lead workshops and business requirement gathering sessions.
- Configure Oracle Fusion applications.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, GAP Analysis, Process Flow Diagrams, and Configuration
Documents.
- Conduct CRP, SIT, UAT, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and extensions.
- Support data migration activities.
- Resolve functional issues and provide production support.
- Guide junior consultants.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1-2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Strong understanding of business processes.

- Knowledge of reporting tools and integrations.
- Stakeholder management skills.
Qualification
- B.Tech / MBA / CA / ICWA / MCA
- Oracle Fusion Certification preferred
