Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Functional Consultant

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of overall SCM/ERP experience, with significant focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Lead and support end-to-end implementation, rollout, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing (Discrete/Process), Cost Management, and Inventory Management modules.
Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing, Cost Accounting, and Inventory Management modules.
Solid understanding of costing methods (Standard, Actual, FIFO/Average), cost rollups, WIP accounting, and variance analysis.
Minimum 1-2 full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations (design through hypercare/go-live support).
Design and support integration between Oracle Fusion and MES/shop-floor systems (e. g. , real-time work order status updates, material consumption, quality data exchange, machine/IoT data feeds).
Working knowledge of MES integration concepts - understanding of how Oracle Fusion interfaces with shop-floor/MES platforms (e. g. , work order dispatch, operation transactions, resource/machine data, quality results).
Exposure to custom development/integration tools: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, BI Publisher, OTBI.
Knowledge of related upstream/downstream modules - Order Management, Procurement, Quality Management, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is a plus.
Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models is preferred. .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Order Management, Quality) to ensure seamless process integration.
Support month-end/period-close activities related to costing and inventory valuation.
