Oracle Flexcube Functional Consultant

We are looking for experienced Oracle FLEXCUBE Functional Implementation Consultants with strong expertise in Core Banking implementation projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking Solution (FCUBS), including business requirements analysis, parameterisation, solution design, and stakeholder management in the banking domain.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in end-to-end Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation, transformation, migration, and customisation projects.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from banking stakeholders.
• Prepare and review BRDs, FRDs, Functional Specifications, Gap Analysis, and Solution Design documents.
• Configure and parameterise Oracle FLEXCUBE modules based on business requirements.
• Lead requirements workshops and engage business users, SMEs, and stakeholders.
• Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-production activities.
• Coordinate with technical teams for customisation, integration, and defect resolution.
• Provide functional guidance and best practices for Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation.
• Manage requirement traceability and ensure successful delivery of project milestones.
• Support data migration and business process validation activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE Functional Consulting.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE FCUBS 12. x or higher versions.
• Proven experience in at least one or more actual FLEXCUBE implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in Requirement Gathering, BRD, FRD, Gap Analysis, and Functional Documentation.
• Hands-on experience in FLEXCUBE parameterisation and configuration.
• Strong working knowledge of at least2-3 FLEXCUBE functional modules.
• Excellent understanding of FCUBS 12. x architecture and Banking Domain processes.
• Ability to independently engage and manage discussions with Banking Business Users, SMEs, and Stakeholders.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Production Rollout activities.
