Oracle Financial Functional Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Finance Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials and end-to-end Finance transformation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in financial process consulting, Oracle Financials configuration, implementation, testing, support, and stakeholder management. The role requires hands-on experience across core Financial modules and business processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R).

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.
• Configure and support Oracle Financial modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management.
• Design Chart of Accounts, enterprise structures, and finance configurations.
• Prepare functional design documents, business process flows, and test scripts.
• Conduct CRP sessions, UAT, SIT, user training, and deployment activities.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, and financial reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, interfaces, and customizations.
• Manage production support issues and coordinate with Oracle Support for SR resolutions.
• Support quarterly release testing and business process improvements
