Oracle FCCS Consultant

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle FCCS implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Configure Oracle FCCS applications, metadata, dimensions, security, forms, calculations, and consolidation processes.
• Develop business rules for intercompany eliminations, custom consolidations, automated cash flow, currency translations, currency overrides, and dynamic calculations.
• Manage month-end consolidation, financial close, currency translation, and financial statement preparation.
• Handle data integration, conversion, validation, and reconciliation.
• Work with Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, Narrative Reporting, and other reporting tools.
• Support SEC and statutory reporting requirements and ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Manage stakeholders, project risks, and delivery timelines while mentoring junior team members.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Oracle FCCS experience.
• Must have completed at least 2 end-to-end Oracle FCCS implementations.
• Strong knowledge of financial consolidation, month-end close, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and financial statement presentation.
• Expertise in FCCS business rules, application configuration, calculations, security, and validation.
• Good understanding of data integration, conversion, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Experience with Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, or Narrative Reporting.
• Knowledge of SEC and statutory reporting.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage project delivery, and mentor junior consultants.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Oracle HFM experience is an added advantage.
