Job Title: Oracle FCCM / AML Functional Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle FCCM / AML Functional Consultant with 5-10 years of experience in Financial Crime and Compliance solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Financial Services Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM), including AML, KYC, Transaction Filtering, TBML, ERM, OFSCS, and regulatory reporting.

The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting financial crime compliance solutions, while working closely with business, compliance, technology, and regulatory stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, and support Oracle FCCM solutions for financial crime and compliance requirements.
• Work on Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), Transaction Filtering, Trade-Based Money Laundering (TBML), and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle Financial Services Cloud Services (OFSCS) and related financial crime applications.
• Develop and support regulatory reporting solutions and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Analyze business and regulatory requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Configure AML scenarios, rules, thresholds, alerts, cases, workflows, and risk parameters.
• Work with transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, customer risk assessment, and suspicious activity detection processes.
• Support integration of FCCM with core banking, payment systems, customer systems, ERP platforms, and other enterprise applications.
• Design and support ETL processes for customer, account, transaction, and reference data.
• Work with data mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and data-quality processes.
• Troubleshoot integration, data, application, and performance issues.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, deployment, and production support.
• Prepare functional specifications, interface specifications, mapping documents, test scenarios, and operational documentation.
• Collaborate with business users, compliance teams, data teams, integration teams, and technology stakeholders.
• Support regulatory changes and enhancements to AML/KYC and financial crime compliance systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-10 years of overall experience in financial crime, AML, banking technology, or financial compliance applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle FCCM.
• Good experience in:
• AML Anti-Money Laundering
• KYC Know Your Customer
• TBML – Trade-Based Money Laundering
• ERM – Enterprise Risk Management
• Transaction Filtering / Sanctions Screening
• OFSCS – Oracle Financial Services Cloud Services
• Regulatory Reporting
• Strong understanding of financial crime processes, transaction monitoring, customer risk, sanctions screening, alert generation, investigation, and case management.
• Experience with system integration and enterprise application interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data extraction, transformation, loading, and reconciliation.
• Experience with data mapping and integration between source systems and FCCM.
• Good understanding of SQL and database concepts for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with APIs, web services, batch/file-based interfaces, or other integration mechanisms is preferred.
• Good understanding of banking products, customer/account structures, payments, transactions, and financial data.
• Experience working in Agile or other structured software delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Banking, or a related discipline.
• Oracle Financial Services/FCCM certification is an advantage.
• Experience working on banking or financial services projects.
• Knowledge of global AML/KYC and sanctions regulations and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation, upgrade, enhancement, or production support of Oracle FCCM.
