• To support Oracle customers, we are seeking a Senior Advanced Services Engineer with practical Oracle SaaS and Oracle Fusion Middleware experience.
• The successful candidate will deliver and support integrations, technical configurations, reporting and operational services across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, Oracle Integration, and related middleware platforms.
• The candidate should combine functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, or EPM processes with hands-on ability in OIC, REST/SOAP services, FBDI/HDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, WebLogic, SOA Suite, Service Bus, MFT, and OCI.
• They should be comfortable investigating production issues across application, integration, identity, database, network, and platform layers.
• The role works closely with customer business and IT teams, architects, Oracle support, and delivery colleagues.
• Strong communication, structured troubleshooting, ownership, and the ability to turn requirements into tested solutions are essential
