Position: Oracle ERP Core Finance Consultant / Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Core Finance professional with expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials to support implementation, configuration, testing, and support activities across core financial modules. The candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of finance processes and Oracle ERP Cloud applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Financial modules.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from finance stakeholders.
- Configure and support:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Expense Management
- Tax Management
- Manage Chart of Accounts (COA), Ledgers, Legal Entities, and Business Units.
- Perform end-to-end testing, UAT support, and production deployment.
- Conduct period-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
- Work with technical teams on data migration and integrations.
- Resolve production issues and provide user support.
- Prepare functional documentation, training materials, and SOPs.
Required Skills
- Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud / Oracle ERP Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Financial Accounting concepts.
- Month-end and year-end close processes.
- Functional testing and UAT.
- Data migration and reconciliation.
- Financial reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- Oracle Fusion Financials certification preferred.
- CA, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Experience in ERP implementation or support projects.
