Job Description (JD)

We are looking for skilled professionals with strong expertise in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPBCS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Oracle EPBCS solutions
• Work on planning, budgeting, and forecasting applications
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional/technical solutions
• Develop business rules, calculations, and data forms
• Perform data integration and migration activities
• Support testing (SIT/UAT) and production deployment
• Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS / EPM Cloud
• Strong knowledge of Planning & Budgeting processes
• Experience in business rules, calc scripts, and reporting
• Familiarity with data integration tools (FDMEE/Data Management)
• Knowledge of Smart View / reporting tools
• Good communication and stakeholder handling skills

Good to Have:

• Experience in EPM modules (FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS)
• Exposure to Essbase
• Knowledge of financial planning & analysis (FP&A) processes
