Oracle Epm Consultant

Responsibilities

- Collaborating with clients to assess and address their performance management needs using Oracle technologies
- Designing and implementing Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools
- Analyzing client needs to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
- Conducting business process analysis and developing business rules to enhance performance management solutions
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) for data analysis and insights generation
- Developing financial planning and forecasting models to improve client financial processes
- Monitoring and evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive organizational effectiveness
- Performing root cause analysis to identify and resolve performance management issues
- Supporting enterprise integration efforts to streamline financial planning and analysis processes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Utilizing skills in financial forecasting and planning budgeting
- Excelling in business process analysis and root cause analysis
- Developing insights through data interpretation and performance assessment
- Navigating complex client relationships with effective communication skills
