Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Payroll Consultant with 46 years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS/Payroll implementations and support. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in Payroll Processing, Income Tax Computation, Salary Arrear Processing, Employee Compensation Management, and Statutory Compliance.

Required Experience

• 46 years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMS/Payroll.
• Strong experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
• Hands-on experience in Income Tax computation, tax declaration processing, investment proofs validation, and year-end tax reconciliation.
• Experience handling Salary Arrears, retrospective payroll adjustments, pay revisions, increment arrears, and recovery calculations.
• Experience configuring payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, and payroll processes.
• Strong understanding of payroll statutory requirements and compliance.
• Ability to analyse payroll issues and provide functional solutions.
• Experience working in implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
