Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS HRMS Functional Consultant with 10+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 HRMS. The candidate should have strong expertise in Core HR, Payroll and related HRMS modules, with experience in implementation, support, enhancement and rollout projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle EBS HRMS modules.
• Handle Core HR and Payroll-related requirements.
• Work on implementation, enhancement, rollout and production support activities.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams.
• Support testing, UAT, deployment and post-production activities.
• Resolve functional issues and coordinate with business stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of overall experience with strong relevant experience in Oracle EBS HRMS Functional.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a hybrid model.
