Job Description :

Experience

• 5 to 10+ years of Oracle EBS Financials experience.
• Strong experience supporting Oracle R12 Financial modules.
• Experience in Production Support environment.
• Experience supporting month-end and year-end financial close activities.

Required Functional Modules

• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Purchase Order(PO)
• IProcurement
• iExpenses

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Financial modules.
• Analyze and resolve production issues.
• Support users during critical financial periods.
• Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Monitor and resolve period close exceptions.
• Assist with account reconciliations and balancing.
• Validate subledger to GL reconciliations.
• Support close schedule adherence and issue tracking.
• Coordinate with Finance teams to ensure timely financial close.
• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Perform system configuration changes when required.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
• Conduct impact analysis and testing.
• Support UAT and production deployments.
