Job Description

Protiviti is looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Functional Manager with strong expertise in Oracle EBS Financials and implementation experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 implementations, possess the mandatory EBS implementation certification, and have exposure to Oracle Cloud applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and review Oracle EBS Finance implementation projects.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Configure and support Oracle EBS Financial modules.
• Perform solution reviews and provide functional guidance to project teams.
• Participate in testing, UAT support, and post-implementation activities.
• Support migration and integration initiatives involving Oracle Cloud applications.
• Ensure project deliverables meet business and quality requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

• 8+ years of Oracle EBS Finance Functional experience.
• Oracle EBS R12 Implementation Certification (Mandatory).
• Strong experience in Oracle Financial Modules.
• Experience in end-to-end Oracle EBS implementations.
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud applications.
• Ability to perform solution reviews and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Cloud Financials exposure.
• Team handling and project management experience.
• Consulting background preferred.
