Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultants and Leads with strong hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12) Finance modules. The role involves functional support, incident management, troubleshooting, configuration, and resolution of finance-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1.5/L2 functional support for Oracle EBS Finance modules.
• Handle day-to-day issues, incidents, service requests, and SLA management.
• Troubleshoot functional and configuration issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Support finance users with transaction processing, posting, and reporting issues.
• Assist with configuration changes, change requests, testing, and UAT.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Maintain functional documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Coordinate with technical and L2/L3 teams for complex issue resolution.

Mandatory Skills:

• Oracle EBS R12 Finance Functional experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of:
  
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• General Ledger (GL)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management (CM)
• Experience in functional support, production support, or functional consulting.
• Understanding of accounting principles and finance business processes.
• Basic SQL knowledge and familiarity with Oracle Reports / BI Publisher.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Candidate Requirements:

• 6–10 years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years of Oracle EBS Finance experience preferred.
• Pure Finance Functional profiles only.
• Experience in L1.5/L2 support or a functional lead role is preferred.

Strictly Not Required:

• Oracle SCM profiles
• Oracle Fusion profiles
• Purely technical / development profiles
