Clover Infotech is looking for an Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant - Manufacturing with 6+ years of experience. Location - Haridwar.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant to support and enhance Oracle E-Business Suite Financial applications within a manufacturing/factory environment. The candidate should have strong functional expertise in Oracle Financials and a good understanding of finance processes related to manufacturing, inventory accounting, cost management, fixed assets, and project accounting.
We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant to support and enhance Oracle E-Business Suite Financial applications within a manufacturing/factory environment. The candidate should have strong functional expertise in Oracle Financials and a good understanding of finance processes related to manufacturing, inventory accounting, cost management, fixed assets, and project accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and enhance Oracle EBS Financial modules across factory and corporate finance operations.
- Work closely with Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Plant Operations teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Configure and support Oracle Financial modules, including GL, AP, AR, CM, and FA.
- Manage and support financial and accounting processes related to:
- Manufacturing inventory valuation
- Cost accounting and cost management
- Asset capitalization
- Project accounting
- Financial closing and reporting
- Support inventory accounting, material transaction accounting, WIP accounting, and manufacturing variance analysis.
- Analyze and resolve application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for custom developments and integrations.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Participate in system upgrades, patch testing, rollouts, and process improvement initiatives.
- Provide user training and production support to Finance and business teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Finance Functional roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.
- Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial organizations is preferred.
- Strong functional knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.
- Good understanding of:
- Inventory Accounting
- Cost Management
- Material Transactions Accounting
- WIP Accounting
- Standard Costing / Average Costing
- Manufacturing Variance Analysis
- Period Close Processes
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Inventory and Finance Integration
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and manufacturing finance processes.
- Experience working with factory stakeholders, Plant Controllers, and Finance teams.
- Experience in implementation, rollout, enhancement, or production support projects.
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.
- Oracle Financials certification is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
