Oracle Ebs Finance Functional Consultant / Big 4/ Chennai

Role & responsibilities

• ead and manage end-to-end implementations of Oracle EBS Financial modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, and Subledger Accounting (SLA).
• Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and create detailed functional specifications.
• Configure Oracle EBS Financial modules to meet business needs and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Design and document end-to-end financial processes, ensuring integration with other Oracle modules (e.g., SCM, HCM) and external systems.
• Support and manage full-cycle implementation, including system setup, testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and go-live support.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for users to ensure proper adoption and understanding of the system.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with technical teams to resolve functional and integration problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.
• Stay updated on Oracle EBS product updates, patches, and enhancements.
