About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain Oracle databases for clients using various versions (e.g., 10g, 11g).
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups, patching, and performance tuning to ensure high availability of databases.
- Troubleshoot issues related to database performance, data integrity, and security using tools like Dataguard and RMAN.
- Collaborate with development teams to design scalable database architectures that meet business requirements.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA) role.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle 10g/11g features including RAC (Real Application Clusters), Data Guard, Performance Tuning.
- Experience with backup/restore processes using RMAN (Recovery Manager) tool.
