Experience -10+ Years

Qualification - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT / MCA or equivalent

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Oracle DBA Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Database Administration, database development, performance tuning, backup & recovery, and production support activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing enterprise-level Oracle databases, ensuring database security, availability, performance optimization, and supporting banking/enterprise applications. The candidate should possess strong troubleshooting abilities and experience in handling critical production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle database administration and development activities.
• Create and maintain database objects, tables, indexes, procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
• Perform database performance tuning and query optimization.
• Handle backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
• Monitor database health, storage utilization, and database security.
• Support data migration, deployment, and production support activities.
• Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with application teams, infrastructure teams, and support teams.
• Prepare technical documentation, maintenance reports, and deployment scripts.
• Ensure database availability, reliability, and compliance with organizational standards.
