Oracle Cx Consultant

Your Role

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (IC) Consultant to drive end-to-end implementation, enhancements, and support activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation modules, strong business process understanding, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable compensation solutions.

Role & responsibilities

Implementation & Enhancements

• Lead and/or support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (IC).
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to sales compensation plans, quotas, and payouts.
• Configure IC components including:
• Compensation Plans
• Plan Components
• Earnings, Credits, and Compensation Rules
• Quotas, Rate Tables, and Formulae
• Design and implement calculation rules, classification rules, and crediting logic.
• Integrate IC with upstream/downstream modules such as:
• Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM)
• Receivables (AR)
• CRM or third-party systems
• Perform data migration and validation for historical and transactional data.
• Develop functional design documents (FDDs) and assist in technical design (TDDs).

Support & Maintenance

• Provide L2/L3 production support for IC processes and issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
• Transaction processing
• Credit assignments
• Payout calculations
• Period closures
• Monitor system performance and ensure timely processing of compensation cycles.
• Handle user queries, defects, and enhancements via ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Perform monthly/quarterly compensation runs and validations..

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Cloud.
• Good understanding of:
• Sales Compensation Processes
• Incentive Structures and Plan Design
• Experience in Oracle Fusion Financials / SCM / CX integration is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Data uploads (FBDI / HDL)
• Reporting (OTBI / BI Publisher)
• Knowledge of SQL basics for troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
