Role: Oracle CPQ Cloud Business Analyst / Functional Consultant
Experience: Relevant Oracle CPQ experience with minimum 23 end-to-end implementations

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements for Oracle CPQ Cloud.
• Conduct requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis and functional discussions with business stakeholders.
• Prepare BRD, functional design documents, process flows and user stories.
• Strong understanding of the complete Configure Price Quote Approval Order process.
• Work on product configuration, configuration rules, pricing rules, commerce processes and approval workflows.
• Translate business requirements into Oracle CPQ functional solutions.
• Coordinate with CPQ technical/development and integration teams.
• Support CRP, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
• Work with integrations between Oracle CPQ and downstream/upstream applications.
• Support business users during UAT, training and production transition.
