Oracle Cloud Technical - Senior Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Analyze client requirements and develop tailored Oracle technology strategies.
• Oversee installation, configuration, administration, and support of Oracle products.
• Drive development and deployment of Oracle ADF and BI Publisher solutions.
• Enable business transformation through technology planning and process optimization.
• Build and maintain client relationships while identifying enhancement opportunities.
• Mentor and coach teams to promote collaboration and innovation.
• Apply analytical thinking to solve complex business and technology challenges.
• Validate client outcomes and incorporate feedback into solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 14+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
• Oracle Cloud certification (OCI, Integration, Database, or related domains).
• Experience with Oracle ADF, BI Publisher, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead business transformation and process optimization initiatives.
• Strong storytelling and stakeholder communication skills.
