Enterprise Performance
Our Enterprise Performance team helps organizations maximize value from enterprise technologies across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT operations. As a Senior Consultant within Managed Services, you will support clients in sustaining, enhancing, and optimizing cloud-based solutions that drive operational performance and business continuity. Working as part of a team of experienced advisors and technical specialists, you will help deliver scalable solutions, solve complex operational challenges, and support ongoing transformation through technology, process improvement, and managed services delivery.

As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.

Join our team of strategic advisors and architects, differentiated by our industry depth to help collaborate and leverage your experience in strategy, process design, technology enablement, and operational services to enable the heart of business insights and collaborate with the businesses as they navigate their enterprise growth and transformation journeys.
The Enterprise Operations Portfolio is a suite of offerings designed to help clients maximize value from their Finance, Supply Chain, and IT operations. By taking a holistic approach—from strategy development to process design and technology enablement—we support clients in overcoming operational challenges and managing key business functions. As organizations pursue digital transformation, these areas become vital in shaping interactions with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders. Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant, Managed Services on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, and supporting Oracle Cloud technical solutions across managed services engagements
- Building and maintaining reports, interfaces, extensions, and data conversion components using SQL, BI Publisher, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, Financial Reporting Studio, and File-Based Data Import templates
- Developing and supporting integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, Service-Oriented Architecture, Representational State Transfer services, Simple Object Access Protocol services, and Web Services Description Language-based services
- Performing production support activities, including issue analysis, queue monitoring, ticket updates, code migration support, and resolution within service-level requirements
- Collaborating with functional, technical, onsite, and offshore teams to support testing, deployments, enhancements, and ongoing platform stability

Qualifications
Required:
- 6-10 years of experience in Oracle Cloud technical implementation, enhancement, or managed services support
- Experience developing conversions, interfaces, reports, and extensions using SQL, BI Publisher, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, Financial Reporting Studio, and File-Based Data Import templates
- Experience supporting 4-5 Oracle Cloud modules, including navigation, data tables, and end-to-end process flows
- Experience developing or supporting integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, Service-Oriented Architecture, Representational State Transfer services, Simple Object Access Protocol services, and Web Services Description Language
- Experience with BI Publisher reports, Enterprise Scheduler Service jobs, data conversions, and production support activities
- Experience with information technology service management processes, including incident, problem, and enhancement management, stakeholder updates, and service-level agreement-based support
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or business
- Experience delivering 2-3 integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud or Service-Oriented Architecture
- Experience applying cloud integration patterns in Oracle Cloud environments
- Experience with business intelligence security roles
- Experience with code migration, code reviews, naming standards, and technical quality practices
- Experience with performance tuning and SQL optimization
- Experience supporting global delivery teams across onsite and offshore models
