MANDATORY SKILLS

REDWOOD EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Redwood / Redwood-enabled Fusion Cloud applications is MANDATORY.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Inventory (INV).
• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement / Purchasing.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM).
• Good understanding of P2P and O2C business processes.
• Experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Implementation / Rollout / Support / Enhancement / Hypercare projects.
• Experience in FBDI, data migration, and conversion activities.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion SCM configurations and functional setups.
• Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configure and support Oracle Fusion Inventory, Procurement, and Order Management modules.
• Work on Redwood-enabled Fusion SCM applications and support Redwood-related business requirements.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud SCM solutions.
• Participate in implementation, rollout, enhancement, and production support projects.
• Perform functional analysis, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Support FBDI and data migration/conversion activities.
• Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, data migration, and extensions.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and post-go-live hypercare.
• Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, training documents, and user guides.
• Ensure solutions follow Oracle Cloud SCM best practices.
