Role Summary:
Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud Quality and ALM/PLM modules. Engage with business stakeholders to optimize Quality and Product Lifecycle Management processes. Provide functional leadership and manage project deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
What Youll Do:
- Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud Quality and ALM/PLM modules
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud solutions
- Configure Oracle Cloud Quality and ALM modules based on business processes
- Drive solution design, functional specifications, testing, training, and deployment activities
- Work closely with business users to optimize Quality and Product Lifecycle Management processes
- Support integrations between Oracle Cloud Quality, ALM/PLM, Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, and other SCM modules
- Lead CRPs, SIT, UAT, and production support activities
- Coordinate with technical teams for reports, integrations, conversions, and extensions
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications
- Mentor junior consultants and provide functional leadership throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure adherence to Oracle implementation best practices and governance standards
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- 8+ years of Oracle SCM functional consulting experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Quality
- Strong experience with Oracle Cloud Product Lifecycle Management (PLM/ALM)
- Experience in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing and Inventory modules
- Expertise in business process mapping, solution design, and functional configuration
- Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle, Change Management, Quality Inspection, Non-Conformance, Corrective Actions, and Product Data Management
- Experience in requirement gathering, Fit-Gap analysis, CRP, UAT, and Go-Live support
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience leading functional teams in Oracle Cloud implementation projects
Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud integrations, REST APIs, FBDI/ADFDI, and reporting
