Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll solutions for clients across various industries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality payroll implementations on time.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll best practices and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies regarding payroll processing.

Job Requirements :

• 8-11 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementation, configuration, or administration.
• Strong understanding of UK-specific payroll regulations (e.g., PAYE, NI) and ability to apply this knowledge in real-world scenarios.
• Experience working with multiple modules within the Oracle Cloud HCM suite (Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Suite).
• Proven track record of successfully leading projects from initiation to delivery.
