- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules – Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Performance, Recruitment, T&L, Workforce Management
- Experience with Implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM
- Understanding of Business requirements, Challenges & Ability to provide Solutions, Presenting value proposition
- Lead Pre-Sales with focus on Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, T&L, Workforce Management
- Understand customer requirements and present Solutions/POV
- Own Response to RFP, RFI
- SME on HCM modules
- Own, Prepare and Deliver Product Demos, POCs and Solution presentations independently
- Support GTM initiatives
- Collaborate with Sales/Vertical Team
