About this role
Oracle SCM Cloud Manager
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- 812 years of relevant experience working in Oracle Cloud SCM
- Preferred experience of Oracle E Business Suite (EBS) SCM (at least 23 years), including exposure to key modules such as Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, BOM/WIP, Costing, or WMS
- Should have worked in at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations
- Experience in a client-facing role
- Strong exposure to integration, data conversion, and co-existence scenarios between EBS and Fusion
- Experience in solution design, preparing functional specifications, and driving end to end delivery
- Hands on experience in application configuration, test case preparation, and execution
- Lead requirements gathering and documentation using AIM / OUM / or other prescribed methodologies
- Implementation experience in at least 8 Oracle Fusion SCM modules, (Minimum of 3 from below listing) such as:
- Product Management
- Procurement
- Order Management & Pricing
- Inventory & Costing
- Oracle Manufacturing Cloud
- Supply Chain Planning Cloud
- Conduct CRP sessions, participate in design reviews and solution discussions
- Map business requirements to Oracle Fusion SCM modules:
- Product Management, OM Cloud, Pricing, Manufacturing, Inventory, Costing, Planning
- Interpret functional requirements and deliver solutions independently from offshore
- Design module specific solutions in a fully integrated Oracle Fusion environment
- Handle Solution Design, Functional Fit Gap, Training, and Testing
- Assist business during CRP/SIT/UAT
- Prepare high quality deliverables, documentation, test scripts, and test cases
- Conduct trainings for users and internal teams
- Support the Project Management Office (PMO) with documentation and status reporting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate requirements into detailed design documents
- Proficiency in documenting using OUM or any structured methodology
- Strong customer handling skills and ability to lead & mentor teams
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Ability to quickly acquire and apply complex business knowledge
- Team player with strong collaboration abilities
- Must follow well defined release management processes
- Ability to multitask while staying focused on priorities
- Must have a valid passport
- Willingness to travel for client site work / business travel
