Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle CC&B / CCNB Tester to handle testing activities for Oracle Customer Care and Billing applications.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform functional and integration testing for Oracle CC&B/CCNB.
• Execute test cases and identify, log, and track defects.
• Perform SIT, UAT, regression, and system testing.
• Validate billing, customer, account, service, and payment-related processes.
• Work with developers and business teams to resolve testing issues.
• Prepare test execution reports and provide regular status updates.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in Oracle CC&B / CCNB testing.
• Good knowledge of Oracle Utilities CC&B processes.
• Experience in functional and integration testing.
• Good understanding of billing and customer service processes.
• Experience with defect management tools such as JIRA or similar.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with API/Web Services testing.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Oracle Utilities certification is an advantage.
