Role Summary:
Provide functional support for Oracle Banking applications across test and production environments. Responsible for incident analysis, transaction validation, and coordination of issue resolution.
What Youll Do:
- Analyse functional incidents, service requests, and business-user queries across test and production environments
- Reproduce issues and validate transaction flows, accounting entries, configuration, reference data, and operational data
- Identify whether issues relate to configuration, customization, data, interface processing, or base-product behaviour
- Support EOD/BOD, batch processing, interfaces, operational events, and business-process execution
- Coordinate with technical, DBA, infrastructure, and Product Engineering teams for investigation and resolution
- Validate functional impact and business results for fixes, patches, data corrections, and release deployments
- Support release validation, production deployment, and post-release stabilization
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Strong functional knowledge and hands-on support experience in at least one Oracle Banking product
- Good understanding of the relevant banking domain, transaction lifecycle, accounting, and operational processes
- Experience in incident triage, issue reproduction, evidence collection, and stakeholder coordination
- Ability to analyse data and logs with support from technical teams basic SQL knowledge is advantageous
- Experience supporting customer-facing production or implementation environments is preferred
Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Experience with any of OBCL, OBPM, OBTF, FCUBS, OBELCM, or Oracle Banking Process Management components
