Role Summary:
Work with customers to implement and support Oracle Banking products, focusing on requirement gathering, configuration, and user acceptance testing for Core Banking, CASA, OBIC, and Corporate Deposits modules.
What Youll Do:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from customers
- Prepare requirement and functional specifications
- Configure and maintain account classes and product parameters in Corporate Deposits (CD) and Interest and Charges (IC/OBIC) modules
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including issue analysis and resolution
- Reproduce reported issues in lower environments, test fixes, and validate outcomes
- Respond to customer queries on product functionality and configuration
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Hands-on implementation experience in Core Banking, CASA, OBIC, and Corporate Deposits
- Strong understanding of account class configurations and product parameterization in CD and IC modules
- Strong functional analysis, documentation, and customer communication skills
Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Functional knowledge of Oracle Banking Party (OB Party) and Oracle Banking Payments (OBPM)
- Familiarity with Oracle Banking version 14.6 and above
- Onsite implementation or support experience at customer locations
