Support: 247 rotational shifts and weekend support

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced L2 Oracle Applications DBA to administer and support Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Database environments in a managed-services setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support Oracle EBS applications and databases.
• Perform EBS cloning, patching, ADOP cycles, backup, and recovery.
• Troubleshoot Concurrent Managers, Apache, Forms, OPMN, and EBS services.
• Handle database administration, performance tuning, and health checks.
• Resolve production incidents and coordinate with vendors when required.
• Follow incident, change, security, and documentation procedures.

Required Skills

• Hands-on Oracle EBS/Application DBA experience.
• Strong Oracle Database administration and performance-tuning skills.
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12.2, ADOP, and online patching.
• Knowledge of cloning, patching, backup, and recovery.
• Experience troubleshooting EBS services and Concurrent Managers.
• Working knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
• Oracle certification preferred.
