Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

1. Enterprise Architecture: Minimum 10+ years of overall experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or technical architecture.
2. AI/ML & Generative AI: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solution design and implementation.
3. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI): Strong hands-on expertise in OCI services, including:
   
• OCI Generative AI Service
• OCI Functions and API Gateway
• OCI Data Science
• Oracle Autonomous Database
• OIC AI Data Platform
4. Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio: Practical experience designing, developing, or implementing AI agents using Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio.
5. Oracle ERP Cloud: Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, particularly Financials and/or Supply Chain Management (SCM).
6. AI Architecture & LLMs: Strong understanding and implementation experience in:
   
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Embeddings and vector search
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Agentic AI and multi-agent systems
• Enterprise application integration with AI solutions
7. Programming & Integration: Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and REST APIs for AI solution development and enterprise integrations.
8. Redwood UI: Experience with Oracle Redwood UI extensions and customization/integration.
9. Security & Governance: Knowledge of cloud security, data privacy, compliance, access controls, and AI governance in enterprise environments.
10. Solution Architecture & Leadership: Ability to design scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions integrated with Oracle enterprise applications.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to cross-cloud AI platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Familiarity with AI frameworks and technologies such as LangChain, LangGraph, NVIDIA NIM, and Hugging Face.
• Experience leading large-scale AI-driven Oracle ERP transformation programs.
• Experience with enterprise AI strategy, solution roadmaps, and stakeholder management.

Candidate Screening Criteria

Candidates should have:

• 10+ years of overall enterprise/solution architecture experience.
• 3+ years of AI/ML, Generative AI, or Agentic AI solutioning experience.
• Strong hands-on OCI and Oracle Fusion ERP experience.
• Practical exposure to Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio and Redwood UI extensions.
• Proven experience building LLM/RAG-based AI solutions and integrating them with enterprise applications.
• Strong Python, SQL, and REST API skills.

Priority: Candidates must demonstrate both Oracle ecosystem expertise and practical AI architecture experience. Candidates with only generic AI/ML experience or only traditional Oracle ERP implementation experience will not be a strong fit.
