Oracle Agile PLM Professional

The resource will lead Oracle Agile PLM-related software engineering initiatives, provide technical leadership, drive architecture and development standards, mentor team members, and collaborate across multiple teams to deliver business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Agile PLM
• Lead and manage development teams
• Make technical and team-level decisions
• Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams
• Establish and enforce development standards
• Provide technical solutions across teams
• Mentor junior team members
• Ensure quality and consistency in software delivery.
